How it started...
When I look back at the past few years, a smile appears on my face. I started Deron as a sole proprietorship in 1996. A year later, my wife Simone joined the company and we changed the partnership into a limited liability company. The name Deron originates from the names of our two daughters, Denise and Sharon.
We started, how appropriate, with a desk and a computer in the bedroom. Pretty soon we developed a way to properly introduce customers to our products. I inherited entrepreneurship from home; my father had a tremendous commercial spirit. To this day, I am still grateful that he gave it to me.
We are both very quality minded, positive and crack hard workers. Our goal is still to enjoy working and ensure good turnover. And that is only possible if you are surrounded by motivated and happy employees.
We continue to grow
Our company gradually outgrew its premises, and we had to move, and later rebuild, and still later add a hall. And I can still see the first foundation, the basis on which everything continues to run: faith and trust in each other.
