More then just support
The power of optimal positioning
Those who spend long periods in bed know how important proper positioning is. Not just for comfort, but for what isn’t immediately visible: steady breathing, protected skin, and a body that keeps moving. Positioning is not a side task—it’s an essential part of quality care. By providing support in the right places, pressure is reduced, mobility is maintained, and discomfort is prevented.
Support that adapts
A cushion is more than just a shape. It’s a tool that should adapt to the body without losing its support. Our positioning products are filled with a special spherical filling that easily molds to the body while remaining firm enough to provide proper support. This creates comfort in every position—and allows for small adjustments that make a big difference. For the client, and for the caregiver.

Universal cushion
The universal cushion provides the right support for vulnerable body parts such as arms, legs, and heels, helping to relieve pressure points. This helps prevent pressure ulcers and keeps arms and legs in a comfortable, stable position. It also makes it easier to change positions and extends the time between repositioning.
Bolster Cushion
The bolster cushion supports vulnerable areas such as the head, neck, shoulders, pelvis, knees, and legs. It promotes a slight bend in the knees, reduces abdominal tension, and improves breathing. At the same time, it relieves pressure on the sacrum and tailbone by supporting the hollow of the back. For head support, the cushion is placed precisely under the neck for stability and comfort.
Full Body Positioning Cushion
The Full Body positioning cushion provides pressure relief and stability for the entire body in 30° side-lying and 135° side- or stomach-lying positions. Vulnerable areas such as the back of the head, shoulder blades, hip bones, sacrum, and tailbone are effectively relieved. The cushion ensures even pressure distribution, facilitates turning, and promotes comfort and safety.
Half-Moon Cushion
The half-circle cushion provides pressure-relieving support for vulnerable areas such as the neck, pelvis, and legs. In a supine position, it supports the neck or lower legs without putting pressure on the knees. This helps relieve the buttocks and sacrum and promotes a stable, comfortable posture. Arms can also be placed on the cushion for extra comfort.
Mobi Turn®
The MobiTurn® is a turning and repositioning aid that helps caregivers safely and comfortably move clients from a supine to a side-lying position. It simplifies handling, supports a back-friendly and energy-saving approach, and increases comfort for the client. The device can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of the user.
Heel protect
The HeelProtect is specially designed to relieve pressure on the heel and protect vulnerable areas. Thanks to the Velcro closure, the shoe stays securely in place and helps prevent misalignment of the foot. The breathable fabric provides a comfortable feel and keeps the foot cool. In addition, the rotation stop prevents the hip from turning sideways, providing extra stability and comfort during movement.
Forearm Splint
The forearm splint provides targeted relief when positioning the arm and shoulder. The arm is fully supported, ensuring the elbow is either free or resting completely on the splint. If desired, a therapy ball or rolled bandage can be placed in the hand to maintain a natural posture and prevent pressure points.
Heel Splint
The heel splint provides pressure-free positioning of the foot and heel. It is placed under the lower leg without putting pressure on the joints. This keeps the heel free while the leg remains comfortably and stably supported.
Spread Cushion
The spread cushion provides pressure-free support for vulnerable areas such as the hips, pelvis, tailbone, legs, and knees, especially in side-lying positions. It is placed between the knees, with the curve aligned at knee height, reducing pressure and preventing nerve damage. The spread cushion ensures a comfortable, stable posture and protects against pressure sores.
Hip Spread Cushion
The hip spread cushion provides pressure relief and stabilization for vulnerable areas such as the hip, pelvis, sacrum, legs, and knees. It helps to support and stabilize these body parts and prevents hip dislocation, especially after hip surgery. The cushion contributes to a comfortable and safe posture while keeping the genital area free.
