From old to new
For the BeeGood mattress, innovative techniques are combined with a sustainable production philosophy. Discarded mattresses are collected, sorted, and processed into granulate, forming the basis for a new mattress. Clean, safe, and of high quality.

The sustainable foundation
For the base layer, old mattress cores are sterilized, checked for bacterial growth, shredded, steamed, and compressed. The material is then bonded with polyol and MDI, made from organic waste, creating a new mattress base of high quality.
An eco-friendly top layer
The top layer is made from the eco-conscious Biomass Balance material. This combines isocyanate and polyol from organic sources, providing comfort and support. A sustainable choice that feels like familiar PU foam.
