We take double care

Every year, millions of mattresses end up in landfills – a problem that calls for a sustainable solution. At Deron, we developed the BeeGood Recycled Mattress to reduce waste and give materials a second life.

With a sturdy core made from recycled materials and a comfortable, eco-friendly top layer, this mattress delivers optimal comfort and support for the healthcare sector. Each mattress is carefully crafted using techniques that lower COâ‚‚ emissions and meet strict hygiene and quality standards.

Soof® Circular Mattress

More than just circular

With Soof®, we aim to help make the Netherlands greener. After its first use, Soof® is transformed back into raw material for the next Soof® – an endless cycle. For our circular products, this process is truly infinite. When burned or heated, the amount of toxic fumes is reduced to an absolute minimum. This is in stark contrast to traditional foam mattresses, making the innovative Soof® a safer choice.
And we mustn’t forget efficiency. Soof® cannot warp or deform, thanks to the addition of Pelprene®. The mattress can be used both as a standard mattress and as a preventive pressure-relief mattress. And what about weight capacity? One Soof® supports up to 140 kg, one Soof® Firm up to 220 kg, and one Soof® Extra Firm up to 300 kg.
